EZ Messenger sets the industry standards for service of process, investigations and court services, with an emphasis on electronic filing (eFiling), as this requirement will soon be the rule rather than the exception. EZ Messenger’s team is continually developing systems to integrate our proprietary software with the leading eFile Service Provider to insure a seamless transition to eFiling on our clients’ behalf.

To maintain the necessary levels of compliance established by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, EZ Messenger has a fully staffed Quality Control & Compliance department. As a third party vendor, we have all the necessary controls in place to satisfy the standards set by client audits. We also have retained General Counsel to stay abreast of the ever changing Federal and State rules and regulations.

To safeguard our position as an industry leader and stay current on the ever changing Rules of Compliance and Civil Procedure, EZ Messenger and key personnel are actively involved in the legal support services industry associations, including the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), the Arizona Process Servers Association (APSA), the Texas Process Servers Association (TPSA), Oklahoma Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (OSPOA) and the Debt Buyers Association International (DBA).
